Consulting & solution design
Architecture, risk, and a build plan on .NET 10 and Azure, before a line of production code is wasted.
Bengaluru · .NET · Azure · AI
Asoftmind is a senior-led consultancy for startups and SMEs. We build with an AI IDE and Azure DevOps CI/CD, so .NET and Azure work ships faster, with a senior engineer still signing off every change.
Services
We stay inside the Microsoft stack we know deeply, so you get fewer surprises and a system you can actually run.
Architecture, risk, and a build plan on .NET 10 and Azure, before a line of production code is wasted.
Azure OpenAI applications wired to your data: Azure SQL, documents, and workflows that save real hours.
Usable, fast apps with .NET 10, Blazor, and React, built for the people who will live in them every day.
Azure Functions, App Service, APIM, and Microsoft Graph: secure APIs and migrations that hold up in production.
Move older .NET systems onto current .NET and Azure with less disruption: better performance, tighter security, and a path you can fund in stages.
Selected work
Production work, described without client or product names: problem, stack, and what shipped.
React front end for tasks and project status, with Jest coverage and an Outlook add-in so work stays next to email.
Chose the stack, data model, and endpoints. Built .NET 6 APIs on Azure Functions and PostgreSQL, then Firebase auth, API Management, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Client app for composing messages with templates and files. First pass in Blazor and Telerik UI with bUnit tests; later a React rebuild with Auth0, repository pattern, and PR-led code review.
Used App Insights to find hot paths, moved selected SQL into LINQ, and consolidated Azure Cloud Service roles with Functions, for lower response times without a rewrite.
LUIS-driven bot in Teams (Adaptive Cards) plus an MVC admin app for imports and records. Shared database, REST APIs, Entity Framework, hosted on Azure.
Re-engineered a records portal off ASP.NET and WCF onto MVC, Web API, and Azure AD. Same product surface, current stack, cleaner auth.
Approach
Boutique on purpose: you work with the people building the system. Development is done with an AI IDE. CI/CD runs on every commit. Senior review still decides what ships.
Constraints, users, and success criteria. We leave this step with a written scope, not a vague promise.
.NET / Azure architecture, risks, and a timeline you can fund. Security and cost are part of the design, not a later ticket.
Senior-led implementation with an AI IDE for first drafts, tests, and pipeline YAML. Azure DevOps CI/CD catches breaks early. Weekly demos, production quality from the first increment.
Deploy, harden, hand over. Optional maintenance so the system stays current after go-live.
Why Asoftmind
Development is done with an AI IDE: boilerplate, tests, and CI/CD pipelines come together faster. Azure DevOps then builds, tests, and deploys on every commit, so issues show up in hours, not at go-live.
Every engagement gets direct senior attention. Clear communication, no account-manager theater.
14+ years in Microsoft stacks, including a Microsoft Certified Professional in web applications. Targeted Azure work has cut cloud spend by as much as 40% where systems were over-provisioned.
Identity, secrets, and Azure controls that match how your team actually operates: practical protection, not ceremony.
Expertise
Development is done using an AI IDE. That speeds coding, tests, and CI/CD, while a senior engineer still reviews what ships. Fourteen years in Microsoft ecosystems, kept current on .NET 10, Azure AI, and the services around them. MCP: Web Applications with .NET.
AI for the first pass. CI/CD for the safety net. Faster delivery, fewer regressions, repeatable releases.
Engagement
01
A defined outcome: new product, migration, or AI feature. Fixed or capped cost once scope is clear.
02
Senior .NET / Azure capacity on your team for a sprint or a quarter: architecture plus hands on the keyboard.
03
Reviews, Azure cost, and modernization roadmaps when you need a specialist, not a full build team.
FAQ
Most builds land in 4-12 weeks depending on scope. Discovery is short and written. If it needs longer, we say so before you commit.
Fixed price when the scope is stable; hourly or a monthly cap when it is still moving. You get a written estimate either way, with no surprise retainers.
Yes. Maintenance, small features, and Azure operational help are available as a follow-on engagement.
Azure identity, least-privilege access, secrets in proper stores, and practices that match the sensitivity of your data. We do not oversell certifications we do not hold.
Yes. We are based in Bengaluru and work with clients in other time zones with agreed overlap hours and weekly demos.
