Team productivity workspace
React front end for tasks and project status, with Jest coverage and an Outlook add-in so work stays next to email.

Groups, posts & events API
Chose the stack, data model, and endpoints. Built .NET 6 APIs on Azure Functions and PostgreSQL, then Firebase auth, API Management, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.

Template-based messaging app
Client app for composing messages with templates and files. First pass in Blazor and Telerik UI with bUnit tests; later a React rebuild with Auth0, repository pattern, and PR-led code review.

Cloud messaging performance
Used App Insights to find hot paths, moved selected SQL into LINQ, and consolidated Azure Cloud Service roles with Functions, for lower response times without a rewrite.

Teams bot with admin portal
LUIS-driven bot in Teams (Adaptive Cards) plus an MVC admin app for imports and records. Shared database, REST APIs, Entity Framework, hosted on Azure.

Legacy portal modernization
Re-engineered a records portal off ASP.NET and WCF onto MVC, Web API, and Azure AD. Same product surface, current stack, cleaner auth.

Most builds land in 4-12 weeks depending on scope. Discovery is short and written. If it needs longer, we say so before you commit.
How do you price?
Fixed price when the scope is stable; hourly or a monthly cap when it is still moving. You get a written estimate either way, with no surprise retainers.
Do you support the system after launch?
Yes. Maintenance, small features, and Azure operational help are available as a follow-on engagement.
How do you handle data and security?
Azure identity, least-privilege access, secrets in proper stores, and practices that match the sensitivity of your data. We do not oversell certifications we do not hold.
